We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your Masque BAR purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from MasqueBAR.com within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the return authorization form before shipping the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
